Innerchangemag.com features an article by Paul Selig, “Being the True Self.”
Here’s an excerpt:
I am a conscious channel and for the last six years, my spirit guides have been dictating books through me. The books are the unedited transcripts of channeling sessions, and work with an energetic frequency that works directly on the readers to support them in aligning to an awareness of their own divine nature, or their True Self, as may be expressed in physical form.
The teaching of their newest text, The Book of Mastery, is a simple one: There is an aspect of the Creator that indwells in each of us, and as we align to it in vibration and consciousness, we go into accord with it, thereby transforming our lives and the world we exist in. It asks us to remember all times that the “small self” that we have identified as our whole lives, while an aspect of us, is not the truth of who we are. The True Self is much greater, has deep wisdom and is seeking it’s expression as and through us. Aligning to the truth of who we are, or “the God within” requires that we perceive and know this truth for everyone we meet. Our perception of the world, from this vantage point, is vastly different, and much more wonderful, than we can imagine.
Here are some things I have learned through the Guides’ teachings:
The True Self is never afraid. Fear simply does not exist at that level of consciousness, and aligning to the True Self will give us options to choose in new ways. As the Guides say, when you make a choice in fear, you get more fear, and the action of fear is to replicate itself.
