Should something unexpected arise that makes it impossible for you to attend a workshop after you have registered, we can transfer your registration to another person that would like to attend in your place or we can transfer you into another workshop of similar value that we are sponsoring ourselves within 6 months of the workshop date that you registered for. This does not pertain to workshops that are being hosted by outside organizations (i.e. Esalen, Kripalu, Omega, etc.). If there are no workshops within that time frame that you are able to attend, and there are at least 14 days until the workshop date that you registered for, you can request a refund in writing to [email protected]. However if there are less than 14 days until the workshop date, we are unable to refund payments.
